Globe Telecom Canada Inc. ("Globe Telecom", "we", "us") takes the protection of personal information seriously. In compliance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR c P-39.1, commonly known as Quebec Law 25), this Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information collected via our website globetelecom.ca, service quote requests, and client security installations.

3. Video Surveillance & Security Data Governance
When Globe Telecom designs and installs security camera systems for commercial clients, we ensure our clients comply with the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) guidelines. Video recorded on client premises remains the sole property of the client. Globe Telecom technicians do not store, copy, or view live client feeds except during authorized on-site calibration or emergency maintenance requested by the account holder.

In accordance with Quebec Law 25, non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising scripts) are disabled by default.
